The Caran d' Ache Neopastel has an extensive range of artist quality, extremely light fast colors. These oil pastels apply smoothly, layer and blend well and have excellent coverage. Caran d' Ache is a somewhat stiffer oil pastel, made from the highest quality pigments, synthetic wax and synthetic oil. Softer oil pastels, like Sennelier, work well over a base of Neopastel.
