ORDERING INDIVIDUAL PASTELS:
The individual pastel ordering system on our website is the easiest way to place open stock orders. There is a CLICK HERE TO ORDER INDIVIDUAL PASTELS line under each pastel listing.

ORDERING PASTEL PAPER:
5 SHEET MINIMUM PAPER ORDER:
All brands of paper and board may be combined for the minimum.

10+ QUANTITY PRICING: Papers from the same product line (i.e. all sizes and forms of Wallis Paper) may be combined to receive the quantity pricing. Items sold in a pad or pack are combinable with sheets of paper for the quantity discount (a pad or pack counts as 1 of the 10+ items).

PAPERS SHIPPED FLAT:
We ship our papers flat in double wall corrugate cartons - we don't roll papers! Paper is also packaged in plastic bags to protect from moisture damage.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING:
Orders over $300 receive free shipping (does not include international orders)!

SHIPPING RATE:
We have a variable shipping fee depending on the size of your order for all shipments in the US (including Alaska and Hawaii):

COMMON CARRIERS:
We ship via USPS Priority Mail (for small or lightweight orders) and UPS Standard Ground.

DELIVERY TIME:
Most orders leave our warehouse in 1-2 days. Allow up to 3 days transit time for USPS Priority Mail. Allow 3 working days (west coast) to 7 working days (east coast) transit time for UPS Standard Ground.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
We offer UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air & 3rd Day Select billed at the actual shipping charges plus a special handling fee of $5.00. We will quote you the charges before shipping.

INTERNATIONAL: All International shipments are billed at the actual shipping charges plus a special handling fee of $5.00. We send International orders via USPS Express allowing us to track the order. We will quote you the charges before shipping.

ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE

ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE BACKORDERING:
We will generally backorder items if they are not currently available and if we have an expected product arrival date from the manufacturer. Backorders will be shipped when we receive stock from our suppliers. You incur no extra shipping charges on backorders. We do not backorder individual pastels or single papers less than 5 sheets.

OUT OF STOCK: If we inform you that an item is out of stock, we do not have an expected delivery date from our supplier for that product. In this case, you will need to re-order the item at a later date.
