Mount Vision soft pastels are hand made by Karl Kelly using the finest traditional and synthetic pigments combined with a base of chalk, talc and clay to produce a pastel with a wonderful buttery feel, yet durable and strong. Sets are available in cardboard boxes in various color ranges and traditional assortments.
Master Pastelist Greg Biolchini, P.S.A. chose the colors for the 50 Workshop set. It is an all-purpose set containing colors that mix well, with the selection weighted toward darker colors. The 25 Basic, Portrait and Landscape Add-on sets allow you to expand the Workshop 50 set with no duplication of colors!

NEW SETS: Chromatic set has high-key colors, like having a color wheel in a box. The Thunderstorm Grey is a great selection for painting dramatic skies!
