This very popular medium soft pastel is available in 44 pure colors (.5 is the color code for pure colors), 41 shades mixed with black (.3), and 118 tints mixed with white (.7, .8, .9, .10 and .12). Rembrandt uses only the finest pigments mixed with pure china clay. Rembrandt are great for under painting, with the softer lines layering well over these pastels. The 90 half stick set is a great way to get a broad selection of a general assortment of colors!
