6/5/20 Skagit County in Washington State has just entered into Phase 2. We are currently considering what this means to us and how we can implement the guidlines set forth to allow guests into our pastel warehouse. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions.

4/2/20 Orders and shipping are currently running on time. You may still see some delays with delivery times with USPS and UPS.

The outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is affecting people and communities worldwide. Our hearts go out to all of those who have been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak. The safety and health of our artistic community, including our loyal customers and employees is of utmost importance to us.
We are making sure to follow all recommended guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in their Interim Guidance for Business and Employers. We are emphasizing employees staying home if sick, using respiratory etiquette, and appropriate hand hygiene.
During this time we will do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but ask for your patience as events unfold. We will continue to provide updates in the event the situation begins having a direct effect on our shipping capabilities. We expect to experience an uptick in stock outs as some of our suppliers cope with production and import issues.
We will try to keep everything "business as usual", but we ask for your patience and understanding. Our standard responsiveness could be impacted, and we will do whatever we can to make this feel as ‘normal’ as possible.
