I am so excited to use my cool greens by Terry Ludwig! They are a great value, come with a blank color chart for recording and testing each color! There are darks and lights within the set of 30 and the creamy soft pastels have colors rich in pigment and variety! I am so pleased with my cool green set!

Love the 6 colors and the 5 values of each. It really takes saves a lot of time setting up the values study in a painting. The colors are so perfect for Plein air.

This was my first purchase of Terry Ludwig pastels. The overall price was why I hadn’t purchased them previously, but I’ve always wanted to try them. As I considered the shades and colors available in other brands, I found the shades of greens, blues, and browns within the cool greens to meet and exceed my overall needs. When they arrived, I was not disappointed as the rich colors were true to the photo. Since I have mostly Great American sticks, I would describe these as slightly less creamy in texture, but a bit more durable. Size-wise, they are like the Great American half sticks. Overall, I’m glad I splurged as they are top quality pastels.

The beautiful hues and subtle gradations of this set make it worth getting!

I tend to like to paint really overcast, moody pastels and these are perfect for me. I really love the range of colors in this particular box - especially the rows where a yellowish green mixes with black and then mixes with blue - its a very unique box of cool greens

The set of 30 cool greens is great! Just like every other Terry Ludwig set I have ever bought: Warm Greens, Violets, Turquoises, Essential Grays. I wish I could afford them all!
