Dawn Emerson, PSA

Dawn is the author of "Pastel Innovations," a book that expresses her passion and energy for discovering new ways to employ the pastel medium with mixed media. Over the past 25 years Dawn has judged many national and international competitions, and has produced six art instructional dvds. Dawn has won many awards for her work, and in 2019 she was recognized by the Oregon Arts Commission with an exhibit of her work in the Governer's office. Dawn has been represented by the Mockingbird Gallery in Bend, Oregon since 1997, and instructs workshops internationally. Dawn's home and studio are in the beautiful high desert of Terrebonne, in Central Oregon.
