    "Vibrant Colors"
    This set is inspiring. The colors are bright and beautiful. The Richeson pastels are the right amount of soft, not gritty or crumbly.

    "Great set"
    Bought this for a workshop with Desmond O'Hagan and I'm glad I bought it. Really nice set that all seems to work together beautifully. I like these particular - the shape and the feel are great. I bought a different set a few weeks prior to this one and they are not as good. You need to pay attention to which Richeson line you're getting.

    "Amazing collection by Desmond"
    I have been trying to limit myself to using ONLY these colors, mixing my greys like Desmond suggests. Beautiful harmony, very soft, and a great learning experience.

    "Desmond’s choice"
    I tried using them for an online workshop with Desmond. Sometimes I like working with such a limited selection, chosen by an artist. I learned a lot using his technique. I would like to add just a few more. These pastels are a great value for the price.

    "Great color selection set"
    I love my new set of Jack Richerson Desmond OHagan color assortment. The color selection has some vibrant colors But many grayed down and for a set of only 40, enough values to take out on plein air trips with only needing a few additional colors.
