First set of TL pastels. Love them. Best set, worth the money.

Love the Terry Ludwig pastels but I must say that as a first time client, I am totally impressed of the service I received from Dakota pastels. I will definitely reorder. Thank you to the team who got my order ready and out. Happy summer everyone

I am returning to art, & a pastel novice. I will be taking a class in pastels from Natasha Isenhour soon. I bought a basic set of pastels from another company, & the Ludwig 60 Redrocks pastels. The Redrocks colors are gorgeous, the way the pastel adheres to the paper, & the feel of the pastel is superior in every way. Ludwig pastels are worth every penny!

Such wonderful, useful and accurate colors! Just returned from a tour of some beautiful national parks and monuments in Utah and Arizona, and ordered this handmade set created by a resident of this part of our country. Terry Ludwig knows these colors, and I'm anxious to try them out using my many photos for inspiration.

This set is versatile for painting more and different environments and subjects than the Southwest. It is very nicely balanced although not complete (I need a few more sets for that lol) and I like the arrangement (an order where I can easily seek without having to look through the entire set). The pastels themselves are delightful to use. Imho TL pastels are well worth the investment. The colors are luscious, they lay on beautifully, are long lasting and offer different edges for various effects. I like the feel of them in the hand. Dakota Pastels ships with great care of the materials. This has been a win.

This is a nice set of soft pastels with a good selection of colors.

What else can I say? I have multiple brands of pastels and the Terry Ludwig may be the most expensive but you get what you pay for. They are the best in every way: Application, size, color assortment, adherence. I wish I could replace all my others with the Terry Ludwig pastels. They are the BEST!
