I just received the set of 28. They’re very soft, buttery, and very smooth, and I really enjoy the value range.

They go on like butter. I like how they are sorted by values.

Blue Earth has created rich and vivid blues in this selection. I am torn between which luscious shade to pick first. No matter though, I can't go wrong.

I absolutely love these pastels for capturing winter ice, snow shadows and shadows/highlights on rocks. They are buttery soft so they can be layered on top of other pastels very easily. The square shape makes detail work a breeze; even when I am painting miniature 2x3 landscape paintings. The pastels were packaged professionally, arrived on time and were free of any damage. Outatanding customer sevice and product! Looking forward to doing more busingess together!
