    Rather chalky compared to other brands. I will definitely use them, however.

    "Pastels half sticks by Great American"
    The pastels are soft but hold together when painting. The colors are vibrant and bold. Will enjoy using them in my landscape painting.

    Very disappointed with these. They are extremely dry and crumbled. Loved the color selection but won't purchase again.

    The deep colors are wonderful. They make the brightest flowers and wonderful skies and waterfalls. Love them!!

    This is a beautiful set of pastels and Dakota has the best prices. Shipping did take a bit of time but we are all spoiled by two day shipping! These sticks are vibrant and soft and buttery.
