    "These are a great First set"
    They are very soft and can crumble easily, but they are vibrant and smooth and easy to use.

    "Expanded color selection"
    I have had some success with Unison pastels. My selection had been restricted to individual sticks and small sets. This purchase filled a need admirably and I am happy with my purchase.

    "i did not expect such a useful set of pastels"
    I have many pastels, but had color areas that were underrepresented. I had been buying individual sticks but saw this set at a great price and took a chance. Unison pastels are great - in the middle of softness/hardness. This selection was terrific. It didn't include many darks, which I didn't need. Instead it filled in what I needed and introduced me to colors I didn't know I needed!

    "Beautiful"
    After researching soft pastels, I chose to invest in this large (for a beginner) set of half sticks. I am thrilled with everything about these pastels. They are silky soft and subtle and vibrant. They are packaged well and that makes them easy to use. The color chart is helpful.

    This is a wonderful half stick set to have. 120 colors that are intense and vibrant. You can’t go wrong with this set!

    "Rich and colorful"
    I have been using Sennelier pastels, but I find that Unisom are far better. They are as soft as the Sennelier, but hold together much better. They do not crumble in my hand.

    "Consistent High Quality"
    Seem to gravitate back to Unison again and again. Highly pigmented, consistent softness. Ready to use, no little papers to unwrap, or coating to wear off. Half Sticks are great. LOTS of colors.

    I've always liked the Unison Brand Pastels. I love the color assortment in this set.

    "Welcome addition!"
    Although I have other Unison pastels, this assortment of 120 half-sticks is a welcome addition. It offers a wide variety of colors that will be useful. I also like the half-sticks so I won't have to remove labels. Half-sticks also offer the chance to try colors at a lesser price. This is a good set also to get started with. I like the texture and pigment content.
