I'm so pleased with Dakota Pastels Company! This was my first order. I've seen many great reviews of the company and decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did! I called in with questions and placed an order. The young lady who answered the phone was so friendly, kind, and very helpful and went above and beyond to listen to and answer my questions. She took my order, and made special shipping notes for me on the order. She even included sample papers for me to try as I'm new to pastels. The order was shipped the same day and arrived quickly, in a few days, to me. Everything was packaged securely and nicely. Pastelmat is my new favorite surface. It takes a lot of pastel but it doesn’t have a scratchy look
