I needed a range of strong reds, and this set delivers! It has everything from coral to orangey reds to true reds, with some brick/burgundy and even a couple of warm violets thrown in. I could have done without the black, but that’s a small complaint. These Terrages pastels feel substantial in the hand, and they lay down nicely. They are firm but not hard. Be advised that many of these colors do contain cadmium. I’d recommend these if you’re looking for highly saturated reds to add some punch to your paintings. The shape is odd, but I like it!

I have so wanted reds that applied easily, consistently, and true to the color I wanted. Theses meet the requirements.
