Canson is introducing a new product to add to their range of pastel papers – Canson Velvet.

Velvet is a heavier weight paper (430 gm) with a unique fibrous surface that has excellent pigment grip, is ideal for layering and withstands wet techniques. There are 14 colors, a range of pads with mixed color contents, sheets 19.68” x 25.59”, and rolls (in limited colors). The pads are available in two sizes 9.45” x 12.60”, and 12.60” x 16.14” and come in five color combinations: Cool, Grey, Brown, White, and Black.
