I work on white so this is good for me. It comes in sizes that I use and the tooth is good for me and it is relatively easy to erace when needed. It also has a good weigth.

It is my alltime favorite! It allows multiple layers. I put a thin coat of bright orange acrylic on it as a underpinning. Still has plenty of grit. I like it better than any other brands I have tried.

The clay color is light enough not to dominate the outcome but serves as a neutral under painting I find easy to use in incorporating gray tones in landscape. Never used white or red premier but want to play with those colors to compare results.

Trying to figure out what size sheets to order for my project I asked a few questions Dakota got right back to me and I made my order. Always reliable. The package came in unscathed with the branded buffalo logo on it. Looking forward to producing three oversized paintings. Will post when I see real progress but for now I am really happy with the product. It’s like have a pastel art store right down the street. Dakota is the best. Thank you!

Love this paper and the colors it come in… I usually use a neutral and there are several great choices there!

Was very surprised with this paper. It easily took lay upon lay after performing well using an alcohol wash under painting. Similar to the old Wallis paper but slightly less gritty. Will order a supply.

My preferred paper is Uart dark. I've been encouraged to try papers that are different colors. This paper is okay, but seems inconsistent in its texture. I found a couple of places with hard spots as if a larger-than-average piece of sand got stuck there. The colors are limited to senia, clay, and a light blue. It does not compare to Uart.

Used to use Kitty Wallace...now I use Premier! ❤️
